WSD People

WSD was initially set up in 1985 by Mr N W Alimchandani, a retired Customs Officer, and a group of prominent Jain philanthropists. The main aim was to prevent the killing of stray dogs by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. We have come a long way since then, with our activities multiplying over the years.
